2. Nature of Coaching Products

Coaching sessions are time-based services. Once a session time is reserved, we hold that slot for you and prepare materials. Refund eligibility depends on notice timing, product type, and whether the service has started, as described below.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation by email or message from Chargelifeflora and any stated deposit is received. Prices are in US dollars. If payment fails, the reservation may be released.

4. Cancellations for Private Clarity Session

You may reschedule or cancel without fee if you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time in your confirmed time zone. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice may forfeit the session fee or receive a credit at our discretion, except for documented emergencies such as severe weather or sudden illness communicated promptly.

5. Cancellations for Circle Calm Group

Group seats are limited. You may cancel enrollment up to seventy-two hours before the first group meeting of a billing cycle for a full refund of that cycle fee. Later cancellations receive a prorated credit toward a future cycle if space allows, but not a cash refund, because group costs are shared across participants.

6. Cancellations for Four-Week Calm Path

If you cancel before the first scheduled session and have not accessed downloadable program materials, you may receive a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees disclosed at checkout. After the first session occurs, refunds are calculated as follows: if you cancel during week one, seventy-five percent of the remaining program fee may be refunded; during week two, fifty percent; during week three or later, no refund unless required by law. Unused sessions may be converted to credit valid for six months where appropriate.

7. Cancellations by Chargelifeflora

If we cancel due to coach illness, technical failure on our side, or other reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled session at no additional charge. We are not liable for indirect costs such as travel arrangements you made independently.

8. No-Shows and Late Arrival

If you do not join an online session or arrive more than fifteen minutes late without notice, the session may be marked completed with no refund. Contact us as soon as possible if you experience connectivity issues; we will attempt one reasonable reschedule when timely notice is provided.

9. Digital Materials

Audio guides, worksheets, and practice summaries included with coaching products are licensed for your personal use. If you request a refund after downloading or receiving digital materials for a multi-week program, the value of materials may be deducted from any refund as stated in section 6.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us at feedback@chargelifeflora.world before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve concerns. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension from future bookings.

11. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Email feedback@chargelifeflora.world with your full name, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten US business days, depending on your financial institution.

12. Exceptions and Consumer Rights
