Chargelifeflora provides educational mindfulness coaching, including private sessions, group circles, and multi-week programs described on our Sessions page. Coaching supports personal development and stress management skills. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency resources immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching products independently, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent for teen participants. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will participate in sessions in a safe, appropriate environment.

4. Bookings and Communications

Submitting a contact form or payment request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Chargelifeflora. We may decline service if we cannot meet your needs safely or ethically. Session times are proposed in US time zones unless otherwise agreed.

5. Fees and Payment

Prices for coaching products are listed in US dollars on calm-offerings.html unless otherwise quoted in writing. Taxes may apply where required. Payment terms, installment options if offered, and refund eligibility are described in our Return Policy. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of reserved sessions.

6. Participant Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully, arrive on time, and avoid harassment of coaches or other group members. We may terminate services without refund for abusive behavior, repeated no-shows beyond stated limits, or misuse of confidential group spaces.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on chargelifeflora.world, including text, audio guides, worksheets, logos, and design, is owned by Chargelifeflora or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided for your coaching program. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform our materials without written permission.

8. Information You Share

You retain ownership of content you submit through forms or sessions. You grant us a limited license to use that information to deliver coaching products and improve our services, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

9. Disclaimers

The website and coaching products are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from mindfulness practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chargelifeflora and its coaches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from use of the site or coaching products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
